The strong point is that we don't eat unnecessary calories, but it will be fatal, if we over do it, so balance is very important. We have to take necessary calories for getting balance, and we have to avoid junk food, and sweets. Also we have to eat healthy food. For example, vegetables, and fruit. Second, exercise also has both strong points and weak. One strong point is that exercise helps burn extra calories, and another is that exercise helps develop muscle.
I will show you an example. I used to watch the news. Sometimes I saw Lee Young Ja on TV. Do you know Lee Young Ja? She is an entertainer. She had a break for three years. Before those three years, she was a fat woman, but when she come back on TV, she was a slim woman. She said that she had a hard time on a diet, and she launched a diet videotape. Someone said she had an operation to lose fat. I was surprised to hear the news, because I believed her diet succeeded. I was very disappointed. Many entertainers said they exercised to lose weight. But in fact, they were supported scientifically. According to SportsJoseon newspaper on July, 18, 2007. When 200 people started a diet in Washington, only 10 people succeeded. It said that the dieting failure rate is 90%. To lose weight is very difficult. Nowadays, Many people want to get operations. In the end, I tried to live a regular life. I ate only three meals. After dinner, I walked around the playground for 30 minutes with a friend. After walking, I did jump rope 1000times every day. After five months I lost 7 kgs. I was very happy, and many acquaintances told me " You are so slim!" My confidence improved, and I found a boyfriend, and I wore skirts.
